Collaboration in Action: Participatory Ergonomics Drives Sustainable Program Results

July 17, 2019 | 2 p.m. ET / 11 a.m. PT
Duration: 60 minutes

Based on the understanding that a worker is the expert on his or her job, participatory ergonomics programs seek to actively and directly engage workers in building or bettering ergonomics practices to enhance their safety and well-being. Companies often implement ergonomic improvements aiming to address their biggest injury and productivity risks, only to find those solutions aren’t used by the workforce, or don’t function as planned. This results in frustration, as well as wasted time and money, and means going back to square one to find the right solution. This webinar explores how taking a participatory approach to ergonomics helps find the right solution to ergonomic problems the first time, in a sustainable way.

Attend and earn a Certificate of Completion you can use to apply for CEUs with BCSP directly or CoC points with BCPE directly.
