* Move In & Set Up: Exhibit staff with proper identification can remain in the exhibit hall after 4:30 PM on Nov. 29 & 30, however GES and other service providers will not be available.
**Exhibitor Move Out: Please note that exhibitor move out begins at 12:45 PM local time on Dec. 3. Exhibitors need to allow sufficient time (an hour or more) for empty boxes and crates that were put in storage before show open to be returned to their booth. Quite a few hours time should be set aside that day for checking out of your hotel room, packing up your booth and ensuring your return shipment is arranged for, and then getting to the airport. Exhibitors can also arrange for GES to dismantle, pack up and ship their booth.

Exhibitor News Opportunity
We have begun accepting official press releases from exhibitors and posting them online at the www.ErgoExpo.com news page. To get your news published: submit one official press release and one product image to lkolb@ergoexpo.com. Please submit only one PDF file (2 MB or less) that contains both your press release with contact information and release date, and one product image. Please note: Separate release and image files cannot be converted or displayed online. News items may rotate out depending on file size and available space, exhibitors should allow up to ten business days for news to be posted.
On-Site Exhibitor Press Release Drop Off
Current press releases (no sales kits please) will be accepted beginning Tuesday, Nov. 30 at 9 AM at Capri, Palace Tower, Promenade Level (Show office/Press Rm/Speakers' Lounge). Any leftover releases will not be returned, but can be picked up on Friday, Dec. 3 at 2 PM.
