Speaker Bio Kevin Dykema, Manager of Environment, Safety & Health, Lockheed Martin - Enterprise Information Systems Division (EIS) is responsible for ESH programs that support approximately 6000 employees at over 100 geographically diverse facilities. He manages the workers' compensation program, oversees implementation of the business’s Crisis Management Plan, develops employee ESH communication and training programs, and integrates the ESH Management System and self-assessment process with Quality Management System.
