Speaker Bio Diana J. Schwerha, PhD; Assistant Professor, Industrial and Systems Engineering Department, Ohio University. Dr. Schwerha’s research focuses on improving the safety, productivity, and job satisfaction of older workers. She has worked as a project officer for NIOSH at the Health Effects Laboratory Division and the Pittsburgh Research Laboratory. She earned her doctorate in Industrial and Management Systems Engineering from West Virginia University. Session: Keys to the Successful Recruitment & Retention of Older Workers
