Speaker Bio Andrew Rich, MS, OTR/L; Regional Clinical Manager, an Industrial Rehabilitation Program, Diligent Services, has worked as a consultant and occupational therapist developing safety programs, return to duty work programs since 1997. Rich specializes in patient handling injury reduction system consulting. He holds certifications in Ergonomics, Process Improvement and Training and Development, and an MS in Occupational Therapy from Rush University in Chicago, IL.
